CMU President Mien-Chie Hung Invited by The 6th Frontier of Xiangya International Melanoma Forum as Guest Speaker

China Medical University (CMU) President Mien-Chie Hung, a world famous cancer scientist, was invited to The 6th Frontier of Xiangya International Melanoma Forum as guest speaker on June 15th to share about his latest research “Marker-Guided target therapy and immune checkpoint therapy”.
The 6th Frontier of Xiangya International Melanoma Forum was held at Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, China. In the meeting, CMU President Mien-Chie Hung shared his latest research “Marker-Guided target therapy and immune checkpoint therapy”, and also stated that early diagnosis and treatment can greatly improve the cure rate of melanoma.
In addition to CMU President Mien-Chie Hung, the 6th Frontier of Xiangya International Melanoma Forum also invited top scientists from United States, Australia, Korea, and Japan, to give keynote speeches. The forum attracted many international scholars and experts from influential clinical and research institutions in the field of melanoma. The attendees focused on the discussion of recent advances in melanoma basic research, translational research, and clinical research, particularly in the molecular mechanisms of melanoma development, new targeted drug development for melanoma, and the clinical application of melanoma immunotherapy.
